When can I select it on MyBenefits?
During the annual benefit selection window. You can select Dynarisk at a new joiner window.
Bike to Work
Get fit, beat the traffic, and do your bit for the environment. The Bike to Work scheme allows you to buy a brand-new bike and accessories up to the value €1,250.
When can I select it on MyBenefits?
You can use your Flex Allowance to fund the cost of your Bike to Work voucher during the annual benefit selection window.
Alternatively, if you would like to select a Bike to Work voucher at any other time AXIS will pay for the bike upfront and you pay back the cost over a 12-month period via gross pay.
Please note you can only use the Bike to Work scheme once every five years.

You can upgrade your cover to include your dependants as well as covering winter sports on a European or Worldwide basis.

Season Ticket Loan
With an interest free Season Ticket Loan, you can benefit from the discounted price of buying your annual travel ticket upfront.
AXIS will pay the annual (or monthly) travel ticket upfront to the provider and the amount will be repaid from gross pay on a monthly basis. This allows you to save between 28.5% and 52% on the regular ticket price, depending on the ticket type and your tax band.
