Make sure you’re saving for your future with the AXIS Pension Plan. There will be a non-contributory, company-funded element for all employees. You can then make Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVS’s) on top from gross pay (subject to any age or earnings related limits you may have). You can change the percentage of your contributions on MyBenefits.

When can I select it on MyBenefits?

You can select to contribute into your Pension Plan or change your contribution in any monthly benefit selection window.

Personal Accident Cover

A serious accident may hamper your ability to earn and create problems for you and your family. Even a minor accident can result in lifestyle changes and additional expenses.

Personal Accident Cover is designed to respond swiftly and effectively in the event of an accident, and offers a lump sum payment.

You can choose cover in units of €30,000 up to €300,000.

You can also choose to select Personal Accident Cover for your partner and/or children.

When can I select it on MyBenefits?

During the annual benefit selection window or at a new joiner window.

Life Assurance

This benefit is designed to take care of your loved ones should you pass away whilst employed at AXIS.

Your nominated beneficiaries would receive a one-off tax-free lump sum of 4x relevant remuneration, plus the value of any personal pension contributions made. Any insured sums over this and the value of any employer pension contributions made would then be used to purchase an annuity, payable to your spouse and/or dependents.

All employees will have access to a core level of company funded cover. You can use your Flex Allowance to increase your core level by an additional 1 to 2 times your basic salary.

You automatically get the core cover when you join the company. Flex selections can be made during the annual benefit selection window or at a new joiner window.

Group Income Protection

If you can’t work for an extended period due to an accident or illness, you can still receive a regular income – helping you focus on recovery. You will be covered for 75% of your basic annual salary after you have been absent from work for 26 weeks and your claim is accepted by the insurer. Subject to a claim being accepted by the insurer, this benefit will be payable up to age 60.
