Getting Started
You can access MyBenefits from any device, anywhere and at any time.
In the office or on the AXIS network?
Access MyBenefits directly by clicking the icon below:
At home or out and about and off the AXIS network?
Visit mybenefits.axiscapital.com and log in with your AXIS network username and password.
You will also be asked for a PIN that will be sent to your AXIS mobile device.
The MyBenefits homepage is your hub of information. Everything you need to make your benefits come to life is found there.
Your five important icons:
1. Toggle this slider to reveal your salary information.
2. Click the question mark icon for details on how to contact the helpline team for support.
3. The shopping cart shows benefits you have selected but haven’t checked out yet.
4. Any notifications you have will appear here each time you log in.
5. Click the profile icon to check your account details, dependants’ information, any agreements you’ve made (such as Salary Sacrifice) and to request a Life Event.
Managing your benefit selections
Selecting your benefits is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Click ‘Benefits’ at the top of the home page to go to the Benefits Overview page. You can see the benefit cards, make your choices and instantly see the effect on your pay.
2. Select ‘Add to Cart’ to choose your benefit(s).
3. Click ‘Checkout’ on the banner at the bottom of the page or click the shopping cart icon in the overhead menu to view or confirm your choices.
Top tip:
You can make as many changes as you like before the window closes, only your last selections will take effect.
How to add dependants
1. Click on the profile icon in the top right hand corner of your homepage
2. Select ‘Dependants’ from the drop-down menu
3. Click ‘Add a Dependant’ and complete the details as prompted
4. ‘Save’ and you’re done!
How to allocate beneficiaries for Life Assurance
1. Click on the profile icon
2. Select ‘Beneficiaries’ from the drop-down menu
3. Select ‘Add new’
4. Type in their details and click ‘Save’ – that’s it!
